Document Management

Users will be able to view all documents in the system related to their role in the company. While browsing through the documents, users will be able to easily see if their training has been approved while having access to the latest version of all documents.

Training Management

Privateer allows managers to view all quality document training requests submitted by employees related to their role. Managers then have the ability to approve the training, signifying that employees have knowledge of the document, or to deny the training. For strict compliance regulations managers can only approve training requests to employees who have accessed the latest version of a document and then submitted a training request.

Reporting

The system offers real time displays of employee training status. There is also the ability to generate user or role specific reports of in a variety of formats. Once a report is generated, it is timestamped and saved in the system; this allows managers and system administrators to go back and view current training as well as any previously generated reports.
